Some Java2Demo subpanel demos are not resized (larger) when main window is maximized.

- This bug was found in PIT build:
2d.pit-jcg-sparc-01-2003-12-06.tiger

- The bug has been reproduced on Solaris8, Win2000, and AMD-64/SLES

Steps to reproduce:

Launch Java2Demo application with PIT build then do one of the following:

1) Select Composite panel demos
- click the maximize window icon
- the demos.Composite.ACrules demo will not be scaled in the JPanel

2) Select Fonts panel demos
- click the maximize window icon
- the demos.Fonts.Outline demo will not be scaled in the JPanel

3) Select Transforms panel demos
- click the maximize window icon
- the demos.Transforms.SelectTx demo will not be scaled in the JPanel

4) Select Arcs_Curves panel demos
- click the maximize window icon
- the demos.Arcs_Curves.BezierAnim demo will not be scaled in the JPanel
