mercury ISO build12c with quicksilver build03 rpms added

Select Launch, preferences
BUG the java plugin is listed as "Java" this should read "Java Plug-In"
(according to quicksilver desktop configuration specifications)


this problem is still present in cinnabar 27.
however the spec has now changed so that the desktop preferences menu
should read "Java Control Panel"
