Bug Description:

"javaplugin.nodotversion" property is returning "null" in Mercuryb12c,this property passed in solaris with the same build.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Print "javaplugin.nodotversion" property using Applet in Mercuryb12c.

the value returned is null,the same test is passed in Solaris build 1.4.2_04.

attached the Applet and html files to test.

The test passed with addtional permission,when I start the test with AllPermission in policy file it passed.Its not reproducible for 1.4.2_04.
