Bug Description:

In Plug-in Control panel, "Warning - Advance" window is not displayed completely the dialog window is behind the "Java Runtime Environment" list box.

JDK Info:
---------
java version "1.4.2_04-ea"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.4.2_04-ea-b01)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.4.2_04-ea-b01, mixed mode)

O.S : Mercuryb12c
Arc : x86

Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1) Install j2sdk1.4.2_04 in Mercury12c
2) Invoke Control Panel click Advance tab
3) In Java Runtime Environment click the list and select the "Other.." option.
4) Warning - Advance dialog will popup.
5) The dialog window is not completely displayed,it will be blocked by the Java Runtime Environment list.
