On a madhatter system, the policy tool ($JDK/bin/policytool) is extremely hard to use as some of the buttons and text areas do not fit into the windows.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Ensure java is installed on the system
2) start policy tool
3) policy tool will start, buttons and text areas do not fit in window
4) Select "Add Permission"
5) The 'codebase' and 'SignedBy' text areas will be chopped off the top of the screen and the 'done' and 'clear' buttons can not be seen at the bottom of the window, the 'remove permission' button can only just be seen in the window - this window can not be resized to allow the user to use the facilities of the tool either
The resolution used is 1280x1024, this is therefore different from 4899306

Attaching two screenshots of policytool views seen. (pt1.jpg and pt2.jpg)
pt2.jpg is produced by going to edit -> Add Policy Entry
Note that this window (pt2.jpg) is not resizable.
Not reproducible on all our JDS machines.
Here are the details of two of them on which the bug is evident :
mack.ireland
Matrox MGA G100 AGP
Resolution : 1280 X 1024
Color : 16 bit
3D Acceleration : Disabled
xpsc3.ireland :
ATI Rage 128 Ultra TF (r128)
Resolution 1280 X 1024
Color : 16 bit
3D Acceleration : Disabled
Bug is also not seen when xhosting from another computer.
