      Test case: Java Console

      To Reproduce:

      1. Launch mozilla application ( ~/.mozilla)

      2. Open Java console ( Tools -> Web development -> Java Console)

      3. Console name nad all its buttons are coming in english

      Expected result:

      It should be localised
