Due to the limitation of the current Mozilla browser implementation and in order to support applet with relative width and relative height, applet with either 0 width or 0 height won't work properly on Mozilla browser or Netscape 6+.

We should add this to the Java Plug-in document so that the outside people won't get confused. This applies for all platforms.
