The OceanTheme class is not public and a CAP member thinks
it should be public.

A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
We have our own metal theme that extends DefaultMetalTheme, this replaces very few items. We can't do the same for the OceanTheme since the class for the OceanTheme isn't public.

CUSTOMER SUBMITTED WORKAROUND :
Our workaround is to include all the code from the OceanTheme in our own theme.
