Tabs in TabbedPane behave wierdly in Scroll Layout in Synth Look and Feel.

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1) Unzip the Attached Zip file and compile and execute SynthTest.java .
2)Change the Look and Feel to synth.Click the right scroll Button. Keep on clicking.
3) After a while you will notice that the tabs are not visible but they are still clickable.
This is done on build 32.
