I've had problems with 4482562 regression test for 1.3.1_11 on SuSE 8.2.

The test (Deadlock test) always fails when run automatically and when run manually, only some parts will pass at different times. It checks deadlock for
java and java_g with -client and -server so 4 checks are necessary.
You need to keep re-running which ever one fails until they all pass. It takes a HUGE amount of tries for this to happen.
I had this same problem for 1.3.1_10b2 on RedHat 7.3 but it didn't take me as long to get it to pass manually.
There doesn't seem to be the same issue on solaris
