Selected Tab is overlapping the unselected tab in JTabbedPane in Synth.
Steps to reproduce:
--------------------
1) Unzip the attached Zip file.
2) Run the SynthTest with Build 32.
3) Change the Look and Feel to Synth.
4) Notice that the Selected Tab is overlapping the right handside unselected tab.
