JSpinner's arrow buttons behavior is unlike Native windows.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Unzip the attached Zip file.
2) Run the SynthTest with Build 32.
3) Change the Look and Feel to windows.
4) Press up Arrow key. Keep it pressed and notice that the spinner's arrow button are not in pressed state.
5) Now right click on windows desktop and go to Displya properties panel.
6) Go to Screen saver Tab and select a screen saver and then click on the Wait Spinner.
7) Now Press the Up arrow key and notice that the arrow button is pressed. This is unlike the Java implementation.
