If FontChecker is re-run and a badfonts.txt file already exists then it
will prevent a new file from being created.
This isn't a big problem as the tool is only run once and de-installing the
JRE removes it anyway. However its prudent and harmless to delete the file
if it exists anyway as it certainly isn't needed if we are re-running.
