Procedure to reproduce:
0) On a korean Windows 2k (or XP)
1) Run Notepad demo app
2) Click on the editor to give focus
3) Press Shift+Space to turn on the Korean IM
4) Type something, notice cursor bar is at left side of uncommitted text while composing Korean on Win2k,
5) Press return commits the text, the cursor moves to the right side of the committed text
where for left to right text input, the cursor bar seems always is on the right side of the entered text, for example, Chinse or Japanese.
