Bug Description:

Control Panel throws java.lang.NullPointerException when add button is clicked in JNLP Runtime Settings Window.

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1.Install j2re1.5.0 b33
2.Invoke ControlPanel from command line
3.Click "Java" tab
4.Click "View" button in JNLP Runtime Settings
5.Click "Add" button without selecting any row.

Following exception throws in command prompt

Exception occurred during event dispatching:
java.lang.NullPointerException
        at javax.swing.plaf.synth.SynthTableUI$SynthTableCellRenderer.configureValue(SynthTableUI.java:559)
        
Complete exception is attached as ControlPanel_Exception file in bugtraq.

This bug is not reproducible in Solaris and windows.
