When doing the SWAT testing on win-amd64 bundle, the j2sdk-1_5_0-beta-bin-b32a-windows-amd64-12_jan_2004.exe bundle is broken.

After the installation wizard completed, I checked the C:\j2sdk1.5.0, there is no bin dir. Only demo and jre folders are created.

'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Therefore, the bundle is not built properly with the executable java to run any app or demos.
