Feedback from a J2SE 1.5.0 Alpha user:
The VM crashed while I was running some tests on Linux (RedHat 9) and
Windows 2000. I have a JVM test workbench application I have developed that
executes some tests against some VMs and measures the results (elapsed time,
failures etc.). The server for my application - that runs in each VM - is
the one that's crashing. Apparently, both VMs crashed during an explicit
call to System.gc(), but only after some time, i.e., it works a couple of
times before crashing.
The logs are attached. Hope I am able to help you.
