Horizontal scrolling in JFileChooser in list mode is unlike native windows.
This scrolling is done using key board.
Steps to reproduce:

1) Run SwingSet2
2) Go to JFileChooser demo.
3) CHange the view to List.
4) Open a dir that has many files/dir.
5) click on the first dir/file.
6) Now using right arrow key traverse the list.
7) You will notice that the column is not lock to the positions where column starts on the left.
8) Now open the workpad and open the File Chooser and do the above steps and notice the difference.
9) Please see the attached images for more clarification.
