Select Launch, preferences Internet.
Configure http proxy, secure http proxy and ftp proxy.
Launch mozilla, browse to www.sun.com.
Mozill's default proxy setting is "Use System proxy setting" - this functions.
Select Launch, applications, internet, java web start.
BUG java web start does not by default successfully browse to http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/apps/remoteApps.html.
The problem is due to the proxy settings in java web start. The default proxy setting is to use the browser's (mozilla) proxy.
When mozilla's proxy is set to use system proxy setting, java web start does not read these settings.
Java web start should read the preferences, internet settings when mozilla is configured to use the system proxy settings
Select Launch, preferences Internet.
