In fixing bug 4940063 (Update copyright notices on all J2SE package.html files),
the copyright notices were added to 68 package.html files that
were missing them. Is was discovered later that some of these packages
should not have received the Sun copyright, in particular
com.sun.org.apache.*, org.omg.apache.*, org.xml.* and org.w3c.*
and perhaps others.
