uninstalling jre should remove eula agreement settings

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. install jre1.5.0 with EULA=1
      2. views applet and accept license
      3. uninstall jre1.5.0
      4. reinstall jre1.5.0 with EULA=1
      5. View applet, it will not show license

      It should make them agree to the license again.
