The purpose of this bug is to summarize the changes to the internationalized
diagnostics in javac for Tiger. The issue will be addressed by placing a diff
in the "Suggested Fix" field for reference during localization. The diff will
compare the javac resource files in 1.4.2 to the resource files in 1.5.
