The copyright notice is 2003 and needs to be updated to 2004.

For Beta 1, I ran the following script to update the promoted docs to 2004:
find . -name '*.html' | xargs /java/pubs/bin/chtext -s "Copyright 2003 Sun Microsystems, Inc." -n "Copyright 2004 Sun Microsystems, Inc."
