We still use the old Installshield package-for-the-web tool to create the jinstall.cab. This does not use lzx compression, so the jinstall.cab file is not as small as it could be. It is currently 76KB, when it could be only 70KB. This will speed up java.com/getjava installations a bit.

Another good benefit is that people won't have to install package-for-the-web for windows-i586 builds anymore, which is a product that isn't even supported anymore.
