The following package is missing from the latest promoted generated
javadocs for 1.5.0.

     java.lang.annotation

I uncovered those packages using a program that finds all packages in
the J2SE workspace and compares them with the lists of deliberately
included and excluded lists of packages at:

/net/jdk.sfbay/export/disk7/jdk1.5/j2se/make/docs/CORE_PKGS.gmk
