The Desktop Icon placement is not proper when JInternalFrame is minimized.
Steps to reproduce:
--------------------
1) Open SwingSet2 demo. Change the laf to Windows.
2) Go to InternalFrame Demo.
3) Open 100 or may be more internal frames using the Frame generator
4) Now minimize all of them .
5) Notice that as you minimize the frames the desktop icons are placed on the desktop pane and they cover the whole desktop pane and even go beyond visible area.
5) This behavior is unlike windows MDI forms. I tried with EditPlus editor.
6) Also if the user wants to open the last minimized frame, he cannot as the desktop icon is not visible.
