Selection Color of the Jtree on no focus is unlike native

Steps to reproduce:
--------------------
1) Run SwingSet2 and goto Tree demo. Change the look and feel to Windows
2) Expand the tree and and Select a node.The Selection color is blue.
3) Now take the focus out of tree. The selection color is still blue.
4) Now Open windows explorer and select a node. The color is blue. Now take the focus out of explorer, the color of the selected node is brownish. This is unlike Java implementation
