      Bug Description:
      ----------------
      Not able to view Home Page of downloaded JNLP application in JavaWebStart,due to incorrect browser setup.

      JDK-INFO:
      ---------
      java version "1.4.2_04"
      Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.4.2_04-b02)
      Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.4.2_04-b02, mixed mode)

      System-Info:
      ------------
      Sun Java Desktop System, Update 1 - build 04
      Sun Java Desktop System 2003
      VERSION = 1.0
      RELEASE = 1.0

      Steps to Reproduce:
      -------------------
      1.Install j2re1.4.2_04 b02 in Quicksilver.
      2.Invoke javaws from command line
      3.Download any sun jnlp application(exp : notepad or MilitryGame App)
      4.Select any application displayed in "Downloaded Application"
      5.Click on the HomePage link displayed in bottom for any application

      The HomePage will not open due to the path to browser is not set properly set.

      1.In javaws preference ,for Browser setup "Netscape or Compatible browser" is checked and the browser path is mentioned as "netscape",but the javadesktop comes with mozilla as default browser, netscape is not available as default browser and also not in the path.
      2.In tiger the browser path is taken as default in Browser setup but in 1.4.2_04 b02 only the "netscape" keyword is mentioned(hardcoded), the user have to set the path of the browser.

      JavaDesktop is packaged with mozilla,but the Browser Setup displays netscape in the Browser which is not correct and also User is not given any Error Message why the page is not displayed.
