Bug Description:

Steps to reproduce
------------------
Use Keybord navigation to reproduce the problem

1.Install j2sdk1.4.2_04 b02 in QuickSilver build.
2.Invoke javaws from command line
3.Press "Alt + F" followed by "P"
"Java Web Start - Preference" window will be displayed
4.Select "Root Certificates" tab.
5.Click tab key till the focus is on "Import" button
6.Press Spacebar
7.File Chooser window will be displayed,select a *.crt file and press Enter key
8."Certificate Import" window will be displayed but there is no focus in that window.
