Reproduce steps:
1.On QuickSilver04,JRE1.5_beta2-b37,mozilla1.4.1(2004/01/02), Chinese locale;
2.Open an applet with text area, for example, http://baseman.prc/Basicfunction/localization/InputChinese/InputChinese.html;
3.Pressing Ctrl+Space, can't call out Chinese input method.
4.But on other text area on website or a text editor, the Chinese input method can be called out and input.
