Provide option to NOT install Java WebStart when installing the JRE

      The Windows installer for the JRE installs Java WebStart without providing an option not to install it. Not all customers who want the JRE need Java WebStart. Please add an option in the JRE installer for the user to choose not to install Java WebStart.
