Downgrade of 1.4.2_04 produces two Java Webstart icons.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1) Install 1.4.2_04b04 to default directory.

      2) Install downgrade jdk eg; 1.4.1_03b02.

      3) Two Java Webstart Icons appear on desktop both of which are linked to the location of 1.4.2_04 Java Webstart.

      This behaviour occurs on Win2003 and Win2000 and also occurs with 1.4.2_02 and 1.4.2fcs
