Problem Description :
Applet when tried to load from the secured server is throwing following excpetion:

java.security.AccessControlException: access denied (java.io.FilePermission E:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\security\trusted.cacerts read)

Steps to reproduce:
1) Install j2re from the locatoin mentioned above
2) Try to load the following applets
 http://sqe-jpi-01.sfbay.sun.com:8080/tests/https/pluginhtml-default/GP.html
(you should get java security pop-up)
https://sqe-jpi-01.sfbay.sun.com:8443/tests/https/pluginhtml-default/GP.html
(you should get security popups from IE and java)

3) While running any of the above two applets,if you got the exception mentioned in the bug report then the bug is reproduced
