      Synopsis:
       The contents of Control Panel get distorted and and some of the information disappears triggered by switching to different user screens.

      Problem Description :

      You need 2 users
       one with admin privileges
       one with limited privileges.

       1) Install J2RE bundle as user with admin privileges
       2) click on Start-> Log off->Switch User
       3) log as another user which DOES NOT have admin privileges (limited)
       4) Invoke Java Control Panel (Start->Control Panel click on java icon)
       5) It will display the General tab
         NOTE the contents
         It displays About / Network Settings / Temporary internet File and
         a whole set of text and some buttons.

       NOW
       6) click on Start-> Log off->Switch User
       7) log as user with admin privileges
          Once your are logged in
       8) click on Start-> Log off->Switch User
       9) choose the user as in step (3) where java control panel is displayed

       NOW see what is displayed on the 'General tab' (DO not click)
       Instead of displaying contents as you saw in Step (5) you only see

       About
        View version file about this Control Panel

       All buttons and Network and Temporary setting information has disappeared.
       Also the fonts have changed.

       Though the sequence won't be frequently used, I'm sure there is a way to tigger this effect without changing to different users.
       Something to do with repainting.
