Add this general paragraph:

The final release of JRE version 1.5.0 can be redistributed; however,
beta and other pre-release versions must not be redistributed.
The redistribution information in this README is provided only as an
indication of what may be expected for the final release.

Note that this applies to alpha (which we had for 1.5.0), beta and RC versions.
Also note that it is written so that it doesn't need to be changed just prior
to the GA release (unlike the prior note).
