getProcessorFor should take a set of declarations, not a set of strings

      The method AnnotationProcessorFactory.getProcessorFor takes an annotation processor environment and a set of strings representing annotation types. A more structured approach would be to have the method take a set of AnnotationTypeDeclarations directly.
