The right border of scroll-buttons (vertical) in JScrollPane is not painted properly/clipped in Metal LAF with RTL orientation. This is rendered fine for all other LAF.

Its noted that scroll-buttons and thumb-nail/path does not fall inline in RTL.
The scroll-buttons seems to be drifted by 1 pixel towards right and hence get clipped. (screenshot attached)
