Clarify the java.lang.management spec mainly MemoryPoolMBean and MemoryMBean
and add @see and @link references if appropriate.

o Clarify in MemoryPoolMBean that the collection usage can be accessed
  through polling and notification like memory usage

Fix javadoc in com.sun.management.MBeanFactory.getLoggingManagerMBean method.
