Installer expects to find rpm even in non-rpm distributions.

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      Odd error message is displayed at the end of installation process.


      STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
      Run the installer on any system with no rpm pakcage manager installed.
