      nsk/jvmdi/GetMonitorInfo/getmoninfo005

      fails because it is expecting JVMDI_ERROR_NOT_SUSPENDED but gets JVMTI_ERROR_NONE.

      The underlying monitor usage code only returns the not suspended error when
      this interfers with it collecting accurate information. The JVMDI spec
      says the error is always thrown.
