SwingSet2 demo should either should have proper copyright years specified or
either this dependability should be totally removed, Right now no other demo in JFC than SwingSet2 display this copyright years.
Current tiger-beta though have shipped in 2004 but SwingSet2 about dialog still
shows these old year in copyright.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open SwingSet2
2) Go to File -- > About

Current tiger b40 SwingSet2 demo about dialog says
SwingSet2 demo is copyright(c) 1997-2003 Sun Microsystems Inc. All Rights Reserved.

Also this about dialog shouldn't be resizable, As some window manager's show resize/maximize button over it, And if used dialog looks bad as image isn't
actually resized.
