Description:
During SDK installation, JRE installation dialogs are not localized in ko. Used to be Ko dialogs can be displayed during JRE install.

This problem started from beta2 b40.
JRE stand-alone installer doesn't have this problem.

To duplicate:
-Launch sdk installer.
-Wait until JRE installer starts.
-Review JRE dialogs.
