1.4.2: Java Plug-in control panel has typo

      Control Panel Language
         A small issue has been brought to my attention:

         When you start up the Java Plug-in from the control panel and click the
         Update tab, you see a message that reads: "On the day 8 of each month at
         11:00AM..."

         Should this not be: "On the 8th day of each month..."?
