Add support for AES Cipher KeyWrap algorithm

      We need to add support for the AES KeyWrap algorithm. This is a required algorithm
      of W3C XML Encryption, see http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlenc-core/#sec-Alg-SymmetricKeyWrap
      and http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc3394.txt
