We need to add support for the 3DES CMS KeyWrap algorithm which is required
for XML Encryption. See http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlenc-core/#sec-Alg-SymmetricKeyWrap
and http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc3370.txt for more info.
