Install tiger jre.exe bundle. Try to uninstall through the control panel. The maintanence menu has some missing messages (see attached pic). IF we move other programs over to cover the maintanence dialog, then move away to force the dialog to redraw, then the dialog will show correctly.

Tested with Windows 2000 and 98 (zh_TW) and both has the same problem.
