This test case passes under C or zh_TW.EUC locales but fails at compilation time in ja locale. This test case is used by i18n sqa team so has quite a chances to be executed in various locales. If this is a locale dependent test, any consideration for this problem is necessary.

Errors are unclosed character literals at line 22 and 25.

This is reproducible on Solaris and Linux.
