In Motif & Windows all images name start with capital alphabet while in case
of ocean theme all images name start with lower case letters.
Consider following example
Windows L&F have resource named:
UpFolder.gif
NewFolder.gif

While in ocean same type of resource is being named as:
upFolder.gif
newFolder.gif


Similarly same type of resources should have same name across L&F and themes
1) Warning icon used by all metal, motif and windows have name Warn.gif
but in-case of ocean it is warning.png
2) Information icon name is inform.gif in all L&F but ocean have it name info.png

Reason:
- Should be consistent with other L&F's
- It is easy to maintain and search for same type of resource across L&F's
- If user extend L&F's try mixing up the resources from existing L&Fs of java than he will
  have hard time and hard to debug problems as even same kindof resources are named differently.
