Now jvmti post method exit and frame pop events for method returned
due to exception. But jdi spec says it does not generate events
for this.

So JDWP should fileter out method exit and frame pop events for methods
terminated due to exception.

Following NSK test case fails due to this:

nsk/jdi/MethodExitEvent/_itself_/methodexit001
