JInternalFrame is showing "move" option disabled in all its states
Move option should be enabled when:
- When internal frame is NOT iconified, And since I can simply move it by dragging using mouse
so enabling move will help users to move it using keyboard.
- When internal frame is iconified, I can move its desktop icon using mouse but still
move control menu option is disabled.
This bug can be easily reproduced using SwingSet2
Steps:
1) Open SwingSet2
2) Move to Windows L&F
3) See you can move internal frame using mouse but its option "move" in control menu is
disabled.
4) Now minimize the internal frame and see you can move the desktop icon, but if you see its
control menu, its option "move" is still disabled.
